Matthew Kwaw is the Founder/CEO of Prime Occupational Health and Safety. He holds a Biochemistry degree and has undertaken a significant Biotechnology research projects. He started his Health, Safety and Environment career in Nestle Ghana and obtained his National Examination Board of Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) certification to complement his experience. He is a specialist in asbestos survey and currently holds over 25 internationally recognised professional certificates in general industry and construction. He is a member of OSHAfrica and most recently, the International Social Security Association (ISSA) approved his Vision Zero Trainer status, which is a global transformational approach to create and maintain safe workspaces.

In his free time, he is a mentor, philanthropist and a community servant. He is a dedicated member of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Incorporated. Groove Phi Groove seeks to cultivate leadership development and implement solutions that address societal issues affecting communities of need. He currently holds the position of International Executive Board Representative for which he is the duly elected spokesperson for all members on the African continent.
