Mr. Matthew Kwaw is the Founder/CEO of Prime Occupational Health and Safety. He holds a Biochemistry degree and has undertaken a significant Biotechnology research projects. Mr Kwaw is ardent about public health and has steered the company towards successful membership collaborations with the United States Department of Transportation Allies in Action and International Social Security Association Section in Transportation. He is an advocate and trainer for Vision Zero, which is a global transformational approach to create and maintain safe workspaces.

In his free time, he is a mentor, philanthropist and a community servant. He is a dedicated member of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship Incorporated. Groove Phi Groove seeks to cultivate leadership development and implement solutions that address societal issues affecting communities of need. He currently holds the position of International Executive Board Representative for which he is the duly elected spokesperson for all members on the African continent.
